What is table tent cards?
A name tent sits on the table in front of each person so everyone can read their name from across the room. The card fills a whole sheet and folds in half along the dashed line; the top half prints upside down, so the name reads correctly from both sides once folded. Add a job title, company or table number as the second line.

Table tent cards: frequently asked questions
How do I make the card stand up?
Use card stock and fold it along the middle line. For a sturdier triangle, fold an extra strip at the bottom and tape it.
Can I make one for each attendee?
Type a name, print, then change the name and print again. Each card is one sheet.
Why is half of it upside down?
So the name faces outwards on both sides after folding: one side for the person, one for the people opposite.
