Can I leave the name blank and write it by hand?
Yes. Clear the recipient name and the certificate keeps a line to write on after printing, which is handy for printing a stack in advance.
What paper is best for certificates?
Heavy white or cream card (160–250 gsm) feels more like a real award. Check that your printer can feed card, and print in landscape.
How many signature lines can I add?
Up to three. Put each title on its own line in the signature box, for example Principal, Teacher and Date.
