What is address & file labels?

Return address labels save writing your address on every envelope, and file folder labels keep a filing cabinet readable at a glance. The default layout puts thirty labels on a page, three across and ten down, with your name on the first line and your address on the second. For folders, type one folder name per line; for asset tags, leave a number line to fill in by hand.

How to print address & file labels at actual size

    Click “Download PDF” and open the file in your PDF viewer.

    In the print dialog, set the scale to 100% or “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”.

    Choose the paper size that matches your settings and print. Measure one square or line with a ruler to check.

Address & file labels: frequently asked questions

Can I fit a long address?

Each label has a main line and a second line. Put the name on the first and the street, city and postcode on the second, or use fewer labels per page to make each one larger.

Will this line up with my label sheets?

Set the labels across and down to match your sheet and adjust the margin and gap. Print a test page on plain paper first and check it against the sheet.

Can each label say something different?

Yes. Each line in the label text box becomes one label. The second line is the same on every label.
