What is printable labels?
A label sheet is a grid of identical blanks on one page, so you can label a whole shelf or a batch of jars at once. Each line you type becomes one label, and the list repeats to fill the sheet. The second line, if you add one, appears on every label, which is useful for a date, a name or a short note. The Tinted and Color strip styles look best in color; Outline and Cut lines stay crisp on a black-and-white printer.

In the print dialog, set the scale to 100% or “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”.

Choose the paper size that matches your settings and print. Measure one square or line with a ruler to check.
Printable labels: frequently asked questions
What size are the labels?
They are sized to fill the page, and the summary under the preview shows the exact size of each label. Change the number across and down, the gap and the margin to make them larger or smaller.
Should I choose circles or rectangles for jars?
Circles suit jar lids; rectangles and rounded labels suit the sides of jars and boxes.
Can I print on A4 sticker paper?
Yes. Choose A4 or Letter to match your sticker paper, set the labels across and down to match its layout, and print a test on plain paper first.
