What is notice templates?
A printed notice is still the most reliable way to reach everyone in a building, from residents and tenants to staff and customers. Each template gives you a bold title, a colored rule, body text that wraps automatically, and a signature block for the sender and date. Blank spaces are left for dates and times so you can fill them in on screen or by hand after printing.

Notice templates: frequently asked questions
Can I write a longer notice?
Yes. The body text wraps to fit the page. If it is too long for one page, shorten it or reduce the margin in Page setup.
Can I leave blanks to fill in by hand?
Yes. The templates already include blank spaces for dates and times; add underscores wherever you want to write after printing.
Which paper size is best for notices?
A4 or US Letter in portrait suits notice boards, doors and lift lobbies.
